Unwrap the cord, hit the ball as hard as you need, and the ball bounces back to you personally. -The harder you strike the quicker the ball is rebounded for you
Rubber cord is 15 feet long and stretches to 30 ft for hard hit balls. To shorten the bounce, wrap a few of the cable round the foundation for your desired span
